Our garden is a motley mix of herbs, flowers, veggies & fruit trees & we love to share our produce - dad is a master gardener & Ayurveda expert with tons of stories and seeds to share. Another year-round hangout spot is our Tibari (patio) where you’ll get amazing views of Mussoorie, can soak up some Vit D, have an afternoon nap & drink many cups of tea! P.S. How could I forget? We also have a wood-fired oven for all you pizza aficionados!

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.

This is 1RK studio, tastefully furnished that would make you fall in love with the ‘Queen of Hills’. The entire property offers a gratifying view of the Doon Valley. This studio has a Queen size bed with enough space for an extra mattress. It has Chair and Tables for dining and remote work The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The studio also has a TV and a refrigerator. The shower bath is well built and maintained, with all modern facilities.
