We are 5.8 miles from either the San Juan Ferry or the Guemes Island Ferry, where you can bike/walk on/drive on for a perfect day trip to explore the beautiful San Juan Islands or enjoy the community of Guemes Island. It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. You will have full use of a shared firepit, BBQ, Covered space, and shared Laundry for long term quests.

Overlook Golf Course, Little Mountain trails, the Big Lake Bar and Grill and Centennial Trail are also a short drive away.
