Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.

Our quirky little 1 acre property is located in a quiet rural subdivision, across the historic red bridge. Your suite has two bedrooms with comfy beds, a small bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and is just over 700 sqft in size. Everyone who comes finds it to be a great escape from the city hustle. 5 minutes from Keremeos and Cawston (or a 20 minute bike ride along a car free path) 35 minutes to Penticton or Osoyoos and 40 minutes to Apex Ski Hill.

This 400 sqft, private, basement area is fully furnished with lots of natural light. There is a private entrance and private bath, including shower. There is a wet bar, and laundry amenities. This is a pet friendly household. Located near Skaha beach and, closer yet, to a quiet residential beach in Kaleden. It is just 10 km away from Penticton and situated above the famous KVR trail system. There are plenty of things to do and places to explore nearby.

This quiet, rural location is one of the warmest and driest ecoregions in Canada with numerous wineries, hiking/biking trails, and boating/swimming in Okanagan Lake. Summerland is a good central location from which to explore the Okanagan Valley; midway between Osoyoos/Penticton and Kelowna/Vernon.
