Ideal for a family or group. You will love this private and serene home, 3 miles from Skaneateles village. Spacious enough to spread out for privacy. The location is very close to many wedding venues. The Sinclair, the Lodge at Welch Allyn, Aster Lane etc. Spend some time touring the Fingerlakes wineries, swimming the lakes in the summertime, apple and pumpkin picking in the Fall, Skaneateles Dickens Christmas in December, and ice fishing in the winter. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.
