The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

Year round home located on a unique lakeside country setting with a newly renovated bathroom. Over 2 acres of outside green space offering a park like experience to enjoy many recreational activities * please note this space is shared with family and another guest house. There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
