The Bohemian Townhouse "Ground floor", is a recently renovated flat located close to the central church, opposite of a traditional tavern with live music. It is only a 4-minute walk to the port area and 7 minutes away from the public parking lot of Acropolis. The Ground floor accommodates 2 people. It features a double bed 2,00χ1,50 and built-in wardrobe plus iron and a fully equipped kitchen. There is private bathroom with a washing machine.

The apartment has a living area and dining/kitchen area with washing machine.The living area has a corner sofa bed which converts into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. The apartment is situated close to the ring road on a quiet residential street. It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop and supermarket and 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The 2 floors have been reformed to a functional 70 m2 apartment with a private entrance and a big veranda. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
