A lovely family summer home - 2 minute walk from a secluded sandy beach. Perfect location to enjoy the island Set in an olive grove this 2 bedroom villa is perfect for a company of 4 people, ideal for families with children. Simple in its style this family summer house provides a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a spacious balcony over looking Kanapitza Bay. 5 minute by car to to Skiathos town (taxi, bus and sea-bus also available), with plenty of great sea-side tavernas near by.

Seahouse, 1 bedroom beach apartment with patio

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Park your car for free in the property permises or take the bus from the nearest bust stop ( n° 9 ) to any of the south beaches or the town. You can also use the grilling facilities located in the garden area just outside your room free of cost . The room has a DOUBLE BED ( unlike the picture)

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

From the spacious garden the door leads into the generous open plan living area with several comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated units, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom is also well stylish, with double bed and exit to the back garden area. Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing, with a pretty garden with small trees and flowers.

The house is set among lively alleys teeming with shops, cafés, bars, bakeries and restaurants. The port with its tavernas, cafés and lively, yet sedate, nightlife is only a stone's throw away.

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECKOUT I take safety very seriously and leave enough time or even a full day between each booking for sanitizing and cleaning to be most effective. With this in mind, you can request early check-in or late checkout, but you will need to let me know in advance.

Large, classic, fully updated, sunny 2 floor Greek home in Skopelos Town with multiple outdoor spaces including garden, patio, and small balcony - very close to the port and restaurants and with flat access, no stairs to the house!
