A charming studio apartment situated in the heart of Skiathos Town only 2 minutes away from the Old Port. It’s ideal for a couple, 2-4 friends or a 3-member-family with a kid over 12years old. It’s less than 5 minutes away from the sea and Megali Ammos Beach! In a strategic position and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the port of Skiathos (300m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2.3 km (on foot) to the airport. You can walk from there, if you travel light. It’s easier to grab a taxi.

2Skiathos is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes on foot from the Old Port and Papadiamantis Street. A supermarket, restaurants and coffee shop are all moments from the studio - everything you need for a relaxing stay on this beautiful island! Unfortunately, I must add a climate resilience tax of €8 per night, up from the previous €1.50. This tax is paid directly to the Greek Authorities, and supports efforts to protect the environment. It's ideal for people that want to visit the island of Skiathos and stay for a few days. In addition to that the house is 5 minutes close to the ring road in case you want to take the bus to visit all the available beaches that are accessible through the ring road.
