Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

Apartmán Ela je menší ze dvou nabízených apartmánů, ale velmi útulný, vhodný pro pár nebo dva až tři přátele. Apartmán lze vnitřně propojit s apartmánem Bella. V samostatné a uzamykatelné kóji si můžete uložit kola, lyže nebo další vybavení. K bytu patří soukromé parkovací místo přímo vedle domu.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

In einer Höhe von 850 m erwarten Euch Natur pur, Ruhe, unverfälschte Bergwiesen und viele Wander- und Radwege. Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Jsme Michaela a Jan a rádi Ti naše místo na pár dní propůjčíme. Budeš mít k dispozici celý prostor, užiješ si výhled, klid a soukromí. Rádi Ti poradíme s výlety do okolí. Ať už jsi milovník hor a přírody anebo městské kultury, věříme, že si přijdeš na své.

A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
