This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Endast 10 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.
