Themis Homes - Afxo

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just outside the town limits of Chora, the capital of Skyros. Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. The homes have been designed with special sensitivity to people and to the environment, using sustainable materials and practices and allowing wheelchair access throughout the outside area of the site.

Art Gallery House

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Κόντύλι, μέσα στον κεντρικό οικισμό της Χώρας, σε απόσταση 100μ από την κεντρική πλατεία, με θέα στον επιβλητικό βράχο με το Μοναστήρι και το Κάστρο της Σκύρου. Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.
