9 Acres, tucked away at the base of a mountain, with a waterfall off the back porch. During winter, we’re 20 minutes to camelback ski resort. Enjoy the sounds of mill creek year round. Hang by the pool in the summer. Cater a fancy dinner in the formal dining room or relax in the solarium. Warm up by the fire or sing songs around the piano. This 100 year old/5,000 sq. ft. beautiful home has a rich and timeless design. Make no mistake, this house is special, perfect for family & friend gatherings.
