Come on up to the great Minnesota North Woods and relax! Nestled in the Chippewa National Forest and tucked between Big Sand Lake and the Soo-Line trail, our lake house is a great location for fishing, hunting, family fun, a quiet getaway, or trail riding. Our lake house is at the end of a quiet road, and offers modern one-level living with many amenities of home, such as a smart TV, air-fryer and laundry. Take out the canoe or kayak to explore the lake, or relax and listen to the loons sing.

Mississippi River Cottage

Secluded cabin on the Mississippi River with a dock for fishing and tying boats, a large back yard w/ yard games, and deck space overlooking the gorgeous river with a propane BBQ, seating & an EV charger! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located near tons of lakes, rivers, hiking, biking and more. Only 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, this year-round vacation cottage is a great place for a cozy winter stay or a fun, outdoor, summer, river escape. NOTE *Security Cameras monitor exterior*

Lake Cabin

Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

Fully functional kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, plateware, glassware, and utensils. Bathroom includes full tub and shower, pedestal sink. Roomy living room with smart TV and space to relax. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, some bars, grocery. Bike trail nearby.

Treehouse Cabin in the Heart of Crosslake

Welcome to the Treetop Cabin — a cozy, elevated getaway on 4 private acres of pines in the heart of Crosslake! Built in 2017, this two-story cabin features a great room with a fireplace, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, and comfy log furnishings. Relax on the porch, play yard games, or watch for deer and wildlife! Close to lakes, trails, shops, and restaurants. Note: 20+ stairs up to the cabin; loft stairs are steeper than standard. This has been our family home since the 1960's. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for clean and comfortable, we try our best!! It is 1 mile from Longville, 40 miles to Pine River, 30 miles to Walker, and only minutes away from many lakes and trails. *we are currently in the process of working on some much needed repairs to the deck, siding, and such so please keep in mind it may be in some degree of repair if you book through the summer of 2025*
