Scottland Yard farm stay, 'The Hobbit House' Come enjoy our little piece of paradise. We are located 10 easy miles from Ithaca NY in the beautiful Finger lakes region! we are less than 1/2 day trips from NYC, NJ, PA, Rochester and Buffalo. We have consistently been Airbnb super host for 6 years! We have seasonal glamps and cabins, but are now offering our favorite little hideaway year round! Enjoy the gentle peaceful flow of life just breathing the sweet air here at Scottland Yard Farm.

Lovely, Spacious, Private Studio

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

Mountain View Getaway

Relax with your family in this cozy sweet home. Enjoy the country view from the charming front porch. There is an outdoor gas grill, gas fire pit, table w/chairs for your enjoyment. Inside there is a small open dining/living space with a pullout loveseat will accommodate 2 small children or 1 adult. There's fully stocked galley kitchen, a spacious bathroom, with tub shower, washer and dryer. In the bedroom, a full size adjustable bed, dresser, closet and high-lift electric recliner.

Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.

Upstate Creekside Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly creek-side cottage just 20 minutes away from downtown Ithaca. This house sits on nearly 2 acres of woods and open yard with the creek running the length of the property and beyond. Hiking woods and hills and fields This is the perfect place to retreat after spending the day exploring the finger lakes region.
