Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min walk to the center of city. Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with terrace on the top.

Built by generational family endeavour, carved into an ancient rock overlooking historical town of Omiš, Patria suite will make you feel like you are in a movie.
