House is located on a private road out of view of the public street. It's quiet and clean. The room (room A) has a queen-size bed that can fit 2 people, which inclines and vibrates. It also comes with a mini-fridge, dresser, closet, night stand, and smart TV w/paid streaming services provided at no additional cost to you. If you need to book 3 people, I can provide another bed. I have 2 cats that are allowed to leave the house and return as they please, so there is no litter box and no smell.

Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

There is plenty of parking on the street near the house. Parking in front of neighbors is not recommended. The room is located on the second floor of the house, all locks are combination locks, and guests can enter and exit freely. The room comes with a private refrigerator, and the shared area includes a microwave, free coffee and purified water. We apologize for not being able to accommodate other customers considering their dislike of animals and their hair allergies.

We are located in the California Gold Country, close enough for day trips to San Francisco, Napa, rafting on the American River, and even Yosemite. . You’ll love my place because of the tranquil country feel. We are perfectly situated if you are in town for any of the Rancho Murieta Equestrian events and just a quick drive up to Sutter Creek or Calavaras Big Trees. Quirky carriage house studio, Historic Folsom

300 sqft studio. Great location to take advantage of all the amazing recreation Folsom has to offer. Within blocks of Sutter St, so grabbing a bite or a drink is only a short walk away. The studio is located above our garage which is detached from our house and has its own entrance. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, thus we call in the "quirky" carriage house studio.
