Welcome in our newly renovated apartment, located in Novo Naselje, the most desirable residential area of Poreč. The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

The house is newly renovated in old istrian stile and with a marvelous sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can also visit our wine cellar and old mill and have a taste of our wines. The location is also great for visiting Italy (Triest 15 km, Venice 160 km), the caves (Škocjanske – 30 km, Postonjske – 50 km), the capital Ljubljana (100 km) and Croatia (25 km).

The bus stop is 350 meters away. Ankaran Beach is 1.7 kilometers away (25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car). This excellent location allows you to explore nearby cities Trieste and Udine in Italy, and Koper, Izola, and Piran in Slovenia. There are many hiking and biking trails in the area.

You can come alone, with your family or friends - also furry ones (pets) we have place for everyone, and everyone is welcome.

Ima ločen vhod in izhod na teraso iz katere lahko občudujete čudovit razgled na slovensko obalo. Na terasi je možna priprava hrane na žaru in prijetno druženje. Za parkiranje je urejeno. Gostila vas bo družina Viler v mirnem okolju v zasebni hiši na Šaredu, z najlepšim razgledom nad Izolo.
