Spacious-This family house can accommodate two guests in a closed room and two guests in an open room. The main rooms have a terrace that is hidden from curious views and offers views of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The spacious living and dining areas are on the first floor and the extension is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is restored in a traditional style and retains the amosphere of the place.

The One-Bedroom Vacation Home (semi-detached house) accommodates up to 4 people (2+2). It is located in a typical Istrian village with breathtaking views of Motovun and Central Istria green oasis. The house has a private heated swimming pool, air condition (cooling and heating), free wi-fi, smart cable tv, private parking and is a short drive away from all the main tourist and historic attractions of Istria. Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

The Stella Maris tennis complex is 500 meters away, and a pleasant walk along the promenade and through Humagum Park will take you to the center of Umag in 15 minutes. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are nearby. Enjoy the comfort, convenience, and atmosphere of our accommodation, along with the large terrace, ideal for relaxing with a drink or dinner. The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

MaJa wellness oasis for relaxation

Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while refreshing yourself from the summer heat in the pool. Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
