Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

Coco’s Comfy Cozy Get-A-Way Home away from home!

Welcome to Coco’s! As an avid traveler who has been blessed to visit many places around world. I’ve been inspired to create this warm welcoming basement apartment for others to relax & enjoy. Perfect for family’s, girls night out/in, date night, small group meetings, business travelers, college visits and more. Located in the beautiful Forks Township residential area you’ll find nice quiet walking paths and just 5 mins. away from the College Hill/Layfette College, and Downtown Easton circle.

Farmhouse on Dry Creek

The farmhouse is located on Dry Creek in the Valley where the North Fork Solomon River runs just to the south. It's secluded but yet the farmhouse sits only 1.5 miles off Highway 281. The farmhouse is centrally located between Glen Elder State Park and Kirwin Reservoir, approximately 25 miles to either. The farmhouse is perfect for family gatherings, couples get away and of course fisherman's and hunter's too! Ground for hunting available for a fee. Expect to see cows, hay bales, etc.

Outdoorsman's Paradise Sleeps 9

This remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor kennels, and plenty of room for all your hunting & fishing gear. The Kirwin National Wildlife Refuge is 15 minutes west. Forty-five minutes southeast is Glen Elder State Park. Webster Lake is located 45 minutes southwest. Multiple walk-in hunting areas can be found within ten miles. Hunting opportunities include whitetail deer, pheasant, quail, prairie chicken, & all types of water fowl.

We live in this renovated farm house and are happy to share it with guests! It is located 2.5 miles off Highway 36 on all-weather (rock) roads and just a 10 minute drive to Smith Center. The second floor has been set up as a dedicated guest space. The four bedrooms and one full bath will accommodate up to eight. We have a "pack and play" if needed for a baby. The kitchen is not part of the deal, but hopefully the complimentary hot breakfast will make up for that.

Trigger Outdoors Lodge

Come stay at Trigger Outdoors Lodge! We can accommodate everyone whether you're just stopping by to see the family, chasing giant whitetail bucks, sitting in your boat waiting on waterfowl to fly in on your spread at the local lakes, or exercising your bird dogs in the fields after wild pheasant. This house has room for 2 air matresses in bedroom 3 and there is a cot provided as well incase you have any last minute tag alogs. We're looking forward to having you!

Suite B

Rural setting with wildlife and beautiful sunsets! Each suite has 2 queen size beds, full bath, TV, Free WiFi and a queen size inflatable mattress if needed. Also located on the property is a pond, bar with food and a liquor store. Very peaceful setting and located only 4 miles from town. This is a very unique spot to accommadate family reunions or weddings or just a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Master suite w/ private bath room and hot tub

This beautifully designed home includes custom kitchen and Bathroom. Led lights throughout the house and a spacious backyard. It is within walking distance to public transportation (literally at the end of the block) and is near 2 major freeway I-285 and I-20) for easy access to the city. The neighborhood is really quite and safe. Smoking allowed outside only.

One bedroom duplex apartment with updated kitchen and flooring and an attached one car garage. Very clean. No smoking. Close to downtown Smith Center. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and a gourmet coffee shop! We also rent the other side of the duplex if you’re needing more space close by.
