Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.

Welcome to Smith Mountain Lake! Our waterfront tiny house is located on the Black Water River which connects directly to Smith Mountain Lake. The house features a fishing/observation deck below with seating. This is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Close to dining and activity options in both Rocky Mount and the West Lake/Bridgewater Marina areas. A quick 40 minute drive to Roanoke for additional entertainment options.

My late wife, Gail, & I came out of retirement to renovate this unique home with a completely new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new deck & new well in the Fall of 2019. This 3 bedroom lakehouse is very secluded within about an hour drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. The dock and boat ramp are especially convenient. Keep an eye out for eagles, osprey, deer, bear, turkeys, otters, geese & heron.
