Nestled cliffside overlooking the endless view of the Pacific through huge picture windows. On a dead-end private drive within walking distance to the Port of Brookings Harbor. The living area features a pellet stove and wide-open floorplan with an upper deck featuring a Queen futon and twin bed then up one more step to another bedroom with a double bed and two more twin beds. Master bedroom and bathroom located on ground floor with a small deck off the bedroom.

You are a walk/3 minute drive to the exquisite and barely populated Whaleshead Beach, on the 10-mile Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor. Hike the magical coastal trail through rainforest, dunes, beach, cliffs, and stunning natural bridges. An easy 6 mile drive north of Brookings. Enjoy the bakery!

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
