On 6 wooded acres in a private mountain river cove outside Damascus, VA , our cozy, renovated 3-story A-frame cottage property fronts the cliff-flanked, trout-stocked South Fork Holston River. The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

The Holston River Lodge is truly a magical riverhouse located directly on a beautiful stretch of the Holston River. This property was constructed in 2016 by a Virginia builder who is known for quality and detail using local logs and stone. You will enjoy every square inch of the craftsmanship throughout this house. What truly makes this house special is the amenities, over 2 acres of property, and over 1250 ft of shoreline on the Holston River. Locals refer to this fishing area as world-class.

Our Whitewater cabin has two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, and sleeps four guests. The cabin faces the river and has a great view of a tranquil swimming hole from the porch. The back of the cabin is just steps from the Creeper Trail. This cabin boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, a covered porch with a gas grill, AC, Smart Tv with satellite and Wi-Fi. Be sure to bring your account sign in information for any streaming services you’d like to use.
