Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Cedar Hollow - Sauna/Cold Plunge + Hot Tub

This charming tiny home is set amongst the trees with a view of the Snohomish Valley and the beautiful Cascade Mountains. It features a fully stocked kitchen, eating nook, cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is located less than 15 minutes from charming Downtown Snohomish and Boeing and within 30 minutes of Seattle. With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.
