The backyard is spacious and fenced. The City of Big Bear collects a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and Tourism Business Improvement Districts (TBID) Tax on short-term rentals. Airbnb collects the 8% TOT. Hosts are required to collect the 3% TBID. NOTE: We require that guests pay the 3% tax by their arrival day.
