We have hard wood floors and a spacious finished basement. House is located about 20 minutes from State College and 5 minutes from Penn’s Cave Wildlife Park. The house is right off the main road, but the new windows block most of the traffic noise. A few houses and lots of farm land surround the area. Guests will have the house to themselves.

We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. We are located in a secluded rural wooded setting centrally located between Bucknell University in Lewisburg and Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove. Offering a 1-bedroom apartment/in-law suite attached to our home with a private entrance. The suite is a spacious 75 sq. ft. with enough space for a small-family or a couple. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed and a pull out sofa . Most comfortable for a couple or 2 adults and 2 children.

Welcome to the Goat Ranch! It's home to our herd of goats. We are surrounded by fields, small farms and the Appalachian mountains. Enjoy the "corncrib" gazebo complete with a fire ring, and firewood. Come and unwind, pet the goats and enjoy the peaceful country side in the juniata valley!

This special house was created in 2005 by a man who relocated here from Long Island, NY. It is far from your typical farm house in Snyder County, but with all the same great views and privacy.
