This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.
