Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Trevligt hus med pool (Ekerö, hela huset)

Huset har både tillgång till pool och närhet till Mälaren (närmsta badplats är på ca 5 min gångavstånd). Altanen har sol från morgon till kväll. I närheten finns flera utflyktsmål som tex Drottningholms slott och Birka. Vill man åka in till stan (Stockholm) är det ca 30 min med bil eller ca 1 h kommunalt. Det finns även en pendelbåt från Ekerö C. Huset har 3 sovrum med möjlighet att sova 2 i varje rum. Det finns även ett attefallshus på tomten med sovplats för 2 personer. 2 parkeringsplatser.

Njut istället av den fina gamla radion, spela något instrument eller sällskapsspel. Under en vacker promenad på 10 min till centrum kan du utforska Trosas äldre bebyggelse. Slutstädning ingår. Huset har en hög standard och optimal planlösning. Perfekt för en lyxig spa-weekend eller ett kreativt möte med kollegorna på företaget.

Our cozy house is ideally located 30 min drive from Stockholm, in picturesque Ekerö. 1km walk to bus stop. Just outside the front door you'll have an gorgeous view of lake Mälaren and access to private outdoor pool on property. Behind the cabin the paths take you into the blueberry forest and in the fall plenty of mushrooms to be picked. Close to popular Rosenhill, Mälarö golf and Rastaholm sailing habour. Summerparadise with pool

Welcome to our summer paradise close to the picturesque town of Trosa. Our house is comfortable with all the amenities needed for the most relaxing summer holiday with family or friends. The highlight of the house is the pool, it’s heated by a roof that acts as a sort of greenhouse. We have water temperatures around 26-29 Celsius in july/august and slightly below that in early/late summer. Perfect for long days in the water with friends/family/lots of kids.

Generous balcony areas surround the house and face the private and peaceful pine forest – at the back, you’ll find the calmly situated bedrooms. The patio features both a fantastic outdoor kitchen and an open fireplace. Walking distance to Åda Golf Course, Komötet bathing area, nature reserves, and the Sörmlandsleden trail.

Välkommen till vår villa som ligger lite lugnt och skönt ute på landet, omgiven av skog och öppna åkrar. Det är perfekt för dig som vill komma bort från stadens brus men ändå ha nära till allt. Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
