Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.

A log sided private apartment with patio & beach front on Owasco Lake. We only have one apartment, so privacy is not an issue. The rooms, entry & patio are cleaned and disinfected intensely after each stay. A flat 70 foot walk to the shoreline. Rooms includes full bath with shower, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ac, heat, 42" flat screen cable tv, free wifi and a beautiful lake view & fantastic sunrises.
