Velkommen til Nautaneset! Opprinnelig en gammel husmannsplass som nå er tatt i bruk som fritidsbolig. Hytten ligger usjenert til ved Sævareidsfjorden med vei helt frem. Her får du tilgang til et sjarmerende gammelt hus, store grøntområder, gode bademuligheter, stangfiskemuligheter og et naust med tilgang til kajakker, fiskeutstyr, uteleker, bålpanne og utemøbler. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

Fra verandaen har en panoramautsikt utsikt over det smaragdgrønne Oppstrynsvatnet og fjella rundt, samt utsikt til isbreen Breifonna som er en arm fra Jostedalsbreen. Villaen har en stor solrik terrasse med delvis takoverbygg. Fullt nytt utstyrt kjøkken, spisebord for 12 personer, sofagruppe, WiFi, Appel Tv, bad med dusj, vaskerom med ekstra toalett og vask. A small apartment for those who need a place one night or two or even a whole week. No luxury, but If you go out the door you can take the morning bath in the sea. Catch your own dinner from the pier. The apartment consists of bathroom and living room. It is a double bed in the living room and you can fall asleep looking at the fjord and wake up watching the sunrise. Maybe you see salmon jumping in the surface of the fjord. If you want to live easily then this is the right place for you .

Hytte ved sjøen, båtleie inkludert

Lei hele hytten for noen fine dager rett ved vannkanten. Det er gode solforhold både på kaien og på terrassen ved inngangen til hytten. Båtleie er inkludert i prisen ettersom man må bruke båt for å komme seg til hytten. Båten kan da selvsagt også nyttes til andre aktiviteter som fiske eller bare fine turer på fjorden i solnedgang. Hytten ligger rett ved Hjeltefjorden hvor det er mange fine fiskeplasser. Det ligger også en kano på hytten med plass til 3 personer som gjester kan bruke.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Cozy boathouse in scenic and rural setting with the fjord and the mountain just outside your bedroom window. The boathouse is located right on the water. On the ground floor you find a room for recreation, and the second floor consists of a decorated apartment with modern standards. The second floor also have a porch where you can enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee. The pier is spacey and presents good opportunities for fishing, sunbathing, swimming and barbeque.

Velkommen til en hyggelig og usjenert hytte på Kalvåg. Fyr opp i badestampen og kos deg med et varmt bad utendørs. Her kan du fiske din egen middag fra ferskvannet rundt hytten, eller gå 3 minutter og kaste ut snøret i sjøen. Nyt deilige kvelder i ro og fred rundt bålpannen eller ta deg en padletur med kajakken eller SUP brett med tilhørende redningsvester som tilhører hytten. 5 km fra hytten finner du Kalvåg sentrum med matvarebutikk, restaurant og andre aktiviteter.
