Velkommen! 😃👍🏼 Leiligheten har en stor grunnflate på 120 m², men 78 m² gulvflate med normal takhøyde. Her er hage på begge sider. Flott utsikt mot Puddefjorden, Askøy, Fløyen og Ulriken. Det er 80 m til Kiwi butikk. Kort spasertur til bybane ca 450 m. - og 20 min spasertur til Bergen sentrum. Haukeland sykehus ligger noen minutter unna. Erik har nettopp pensjonert seg som 62 åring, og gleder seg til å tilrettelegge for gjestene vår. Erik og Siv ønsker å tilby deg et fint opphold!😘👍🏼

Heart of Ålesund

This beautiful penthouse on the top floor of an appartment building in the heart of Ålesund has a stuning view over the fjord, a big living room, free wifi, full equiped kitchen, 2 balconies and much more. The city center is just 200m away. There is a supermarket situated on the groundfloor of the building. There are also many possibilties to book excursions! The appartement has one privat parking lot but under the building you can also park more cars. The parking rate is around 200 NOK a day.

My favourite place.

My attic-livingroom and my favourite place. You will have your own private area, bathroom and a small kitchen all to yourself. This area is made to serve as a relaxing room for us. The window is facing south wich allows a lot of light entering the room. The neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly. A 25-30 min walk will take you to the city center. There are several grocery stores and a pharmacy close by, cafes, many beautiful possibilities for walking, hiking and also swimming in the bay.

Fra denne leiligheten har du enkel tilgang til alt Ålesund sentrum har å tilby. Den ligger i 4.etasje uten heis, så vær forberedt, her får rumpemusklene kjørt seg. Og blir det ikke nok trapper ligger de 418 trinnene opp til Fjellstua bare steinkast unna. Tar du en annen retning ligger byens beste spisesteder og flotte kafeer like ved. Vel tilbake i leiligheten har du tilgang til et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og kan være så heldig å oppleve en vakker solnedgang fra den private balkongen🌅

Cozy Loft in Historic Nordnes

Loft in the heart of the historic Nordnes district with space for up to six guests. Two bedrooms and an additional loft space in a modernized old wooden house. The perfect combination (in our opinion) of modern comfort and the charm of Bergen's traditional architecture. The view is spectacular yet private, overlooking the city centre and harbour in one direction, and Nordnes boulevard in the other. 8 minute walk to the tram-station. Perfect location for both relaxation and adventures.

Modern attic apartment

Cozy attic apartment with a nice panoramic view of Bergen. It is located a quick walk from the city center (15 min.), and only 5 min from closest tram stop. Open modern studio flat with smart layout including kitchenette and bathroom. We operate with flexible check in/check out, but we all work during daytime on weekdays, thus check-in after 15.30 p.m is preferrable. Earlier check-in could be possible when agreed upon in advance. Nyt utsikt fra veranda i naturnære og fredelige omgivelser. Kort vei til sentrum. Gratis parkering. Ett separat soverom + sove i romslig stue. Buss sentrum: ca. 5-10 min å gå + 11 min med buss. Ca. 15 min å gå til badestrand, 10 min til Frøya idrett. Gratis aktivitetshus: Fysak. Løvstien er 50 meter unna, med parkinstallasjoner, uterom, griller, fjelltopper og turløyper. Utforsk Bergen sentrum, eller finn ro på jobbreise eller familietur.

Studio apartment with amazing view

Welcome to our airy loft! With amazing view of the city and several of the mountains surrounding it you can really feel at home during your stay in Bergen. The studio apartment is perfect for a couple or one person travelling alone. The house is a historical building, but the loft was renovated in 2015. This spring we have built a separate entrance and private balcony for the loft, so it is even more enjoyable.

Velkommen til vår flotte loftsleilighet! Her kan du nyte flott utsikt og nydelig solnedgang over Sognefjorden fra terrassen. Det er mulighet for kajakkleige. Gode turmuligheter i området. Kort vei til Ferje som går til Solund, eller over fjorden til Rysjedalsvika. Fergen er gratis å reise med. (Også med bilen). Ca. 20min (med bil) til Gulatingsparken, og kommunesenteret.
