Tartu kesklinnas maja neljandal korrusel asuv ühetoaline korter, kuhu külalised pääsevad hõlpsasti bussiga (1,1km) või rongiga (950m). Autoga tulles saate parkida samasse tänava äärde. Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
