It is 80 Km from Shimla on Shimla - Tattapani - Mandi State Highway in a place called Thandapani , Rooms are traditional with wooden floors and there is a common wooden sitting with view of picturesque mountains . It is surrounded by apple orchard and Lawns ,An Ideal place for Peace seekers ,Bird watchers ,Adventurers, Nature lovers far away from City life in the comfort of Mother nature .

Our homestay is away from city hustle bustle (When you are coming from Chandigarh, 13kms before Shimla comes a small station named Shoghi, from Shoghi you have to take a link road to reach kot, which is 10Kms away.) You don't worry, we will guide you throughout your journey and if you want I can personally come to pick you up. Although it would be a great experience for all.

The farm stay dogs and geese on the premises with beautiful rooms, each with a personal lawn & all amenities. We permit entry inside the premises ONLY for pre booked guests and walk -inns are not permitted. We accept bookings with pet travelers and family travelers and overseas clients.
