It is ideally located for exploring the mountains and cycling routes around Merano, Passeier Valley, Vinschgau or the Merano lowlands. If you wish to go shopping in Merano or Bolzano, or in winter go skiing in the family-friendly Meran 2000 ski area, you can reach these destinations quickly from our place.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
