Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Nyrenoverad 3:a med balkong med 6 sängplatser i Årsta med närhet till flera trevliga restauranger, caféer och mataffär. Här finns även natursköna Årstaviken med utegym, löpspår och promenadstråk med utsikt över Södermalm. Härifrån till Globenområdet med Avicii arena och 3Arena har ni bara 3 minuter med spårvagn eller 20 min promenad. Det finns goda kommunikationer med buss/pendeltåg/spårvagn restid till Södermalm cirka15 min och city är cirka 20 min.

Endast 5 min från Arlanda. Perfekt för tidiga flyg eller sen ankomst. Egen modern gäststuga (30m²) med fullt utrustat kök och allt du behöver för både korta och längre vistelser. Självincheckning dygnet runt och gratis parkering precis utanför. Lugnt och naturnära läge, perfekt även för en avkopplande vistelse nära Stockholm. Vid bokning för 5 rekommenderar vi endast övernattning, ej längre vistelser.
