Casa Suena is directly on the lake, it is a two floor cottage, large balcony with hammock, private garden, outside area with deck chairs and a palapa shade area, large bathroom with good hot water gas shower. Queen size bed upstairs, single bed downstairs, which is good for a day bed, with a comfy chair, spectacular views, kitchen with fridge, oven, blender and all necessary utensils. Perfect for a couple or small family. The boat taxi stop at the private dock, easy to visit other villages.

Ubicado en Panajachel, en un maravilloso y tranquilo Cerro llamado Peña de Oro, a solo 5 minutos de Tuc Tuc desde el centro . Este cottage le sorprenderá con su terraza externa donde trabajar o descansar, la bañera de agua caliente en el jardín, playa privada y su increíble vista de 180 grados del lago de Atitlan y los pueblos circundantes. La Cocina esta bien equipada con todo lo necesario, 2 cuartos, 1 con cama king, 1 con cama Queen, 1 baño con ducha y abundante agua caliente .

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

Big garden shared with two other houses and private floating dock for your use. Kayak, floateres.

Our cozy guest cottage is located right on the lake shore so you'll enjoy de magnificent view of Lake Atitlan and its three stunning volcanoes. You just need to walk through our beautiful garden and dip straight into the refreshing waters of the majestic lake. Or if you're interested in exploring other towns around the lake, you can easily take a boat because we have a public dock right in front of our property! We are located in a very peaceful and safe area of Santa Cruz.

A restaurant is an easy 100 meters. Easy access from our private boat dock. A sleeper sofa or air matress is available for 1 - 2 additional guests.

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
