Our Twin-room is perfect for two guests sharing a room, but not a bed. Beds can be pushed apart, or converted into a King-size bed if necessary. 27,6 square meter Room consists of 2 single beds, en-suite with shower and bath, free toiletries, coffee/tea tray, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, flat screen TV/satellite channels, electronic safe, hair dryer, mini fridge, crisp white linen, luxurious duvets/cushions & bathrobes. Elgin Country Lodge has 5 bedrooms and is situated just off the N2 within walking distance of the Peregrine Farm Stall. It is a restored old farmhouse on a working apple farm in the well known fruit farming district of Elgin. We are 3km from Grabouw and the popular Railway Market and close to hiking and bike trails , wine farms and local markets. Golf courses at Hermanus , Kleinmond and Arabella are only 30 minutes by car. Cape Canopy Tours zipline a short drive away.

The accommodation is in the historic Broadlands Manor close to beaches, wine tasting venues and shopping malls. The Lindeman room is named after one of Lady Kenmare's husbands from the famous Australian Lindeman fame. The room is tastefully decorated and you will be spoiled with the best quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. The second bed is a double and situated on a mezzanine floor. It is only for the use of children age 6 to 16 yrs old.

Classic Family Rooms

The Classic Family Rooms are spacious, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms and en suite bathrooms have all been renovated (completed September 2019). We have two Family Rooms, Room 1 (ground floor) can accommodate an extra single bed and Room 17 (first floor) has a sofa bed. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children younger than 6 years of age.
