Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Välutrustad och nyrenoverad mysig stuga på landsbygden med gräsmatta där barnen kan leka. Intill huset finns även en större damm där guldfiskar och koikarpar håller till. Plaskar man lätt på ytan kan man klappa dem försiktigt. Rataryd är en by med många olika djur allt från hästar, grisar till alpackor och korna kanske står på ängen och hälsar Er välkomna. En kort promenad från huset kan Ni svalka er i Lillasjön. Prova fiskelyckan i sjön bolmen, fiskekort och båt finns att hyra 3km.

Around the corner there is a beautiful nature reserve. Closest neighbour is over 1 km away. It is possible to rent boat, canoe and bike.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
