The Adventure House

The Adventure House was named by a family of houseguests with 3 fun and lively children who filled their time here with adventures at Acadia National Park and beyond! We are 10 minutes from the quiet side of the park and just under an hour to the busy side, both filled with scenic beauty! We have an added amenity for families traveling with extra family or friends. We're now offering a beautiful camper that comfortably sleeps 6 on the property available only for an extra charge after booking.

My husband is a well-known Maine, artist, with a focus on Maine fisherman and the working harbor, that is why we purchased this stunning property so that we can watch a genuine Maine working Harbor in action all day, long ! Our house is artfully designed to be a mid century, modern get away with Scandinavian touches and cozy, feel. Skipping Stone on Frenchman's Bay Weekly Rental

Our beachfront home is good for families and pets, with open plan, private bedrooms and an enclosed deck. The beach is perfect for cookouts, walking and exploring. We are nestled down a long gravel drive with quiet neighbors. The main floor bedroom (queen bed) accesses a screened sitting area. The downstairs bedroom (walkout basement) has twin beds and futon chair (single). We are 5 miles from the village, 2.5 miles from Acadia Visitor Center, and .5 miles from an Explorer stop.
