The house is built in the minimal Cycladic style, with the windows that gaze the big blue of the sea.A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal. AC exists in all bedrooms and living room.

It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες

Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge.
