A cosy brand new appratment, huge s+1 82 sqm, fully furnished, well situated. 5 min from lac 2, 15 from la Marsa, 15 from the airport and 20 from city center. Super market is less than 1min walk. Please check the policies section. Appartement récent calme très bien situé et richement équipé. 10 min des lacs 1 et 2. 15min de la marsa, centre d’expo Kram et l’aeroport Tunis carthage. 20min du centre ville. Vue surprenante sur la piscine, un vrai bijou !

Propriétaire loue, un très bel appartement luxueux et bien meublé. Ce logement kidnappe au premier regard avec sa vue impressionnante sur la piscine ! A 10 min de l'aéroport international de Carthage et 2 min de Carrefour La Marsa, l'emplacement et le haut standing sont idéaux pour passer un séjour inoubliable entre luxe et confort. Le quartier est très calme et chic. NB: Toutes les surfaces sont nettoyées avec des produits de nettoyage approuvés par les agences de santé mondiales.

Brand new apartment decorated with love and care. Located on the fifth floor of a recently built modern building. Building is equipped with two elevators. Access to the building is secured. The area is quiet and pleasant. Supermarket, pastry shop, gym and leisure park within a walking distance. In the neighborhood are located two famous restaurants, a hospital and plenty of shops. Airport is 10 to 15 min drive. The area is quiet and pleasant.

My house is perfect for couples, business travelers and families. It is located in a quiet area of Soukra. It is close to all services (hypermarket, restaurants, 10 minutes from the beach and touristic zone of Gammarth). A motorised transport is nessecery. Parties are not allowed in order to not disturb neighborhood The house is composed of 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilet. the house is also composed of a pool and a garden.
