The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

A Unique Studio Space Close to the Adelaide CBD

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located studio on the bus route to the Adelaide CBD. The light filled separate space is newly renovated and furnished with bespoke pieces . The private outdoor courtyard garden and TV with Netflix offers entertainment. A nearby supermarket provides any cooking needs for the fully equipped kitchen , coffee shops . cafes a local bar and cinema are close by . A short drive will find you at the iconic Penfolds Restaurant or the Adelaide Hills.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

Welcome to Manna Vale Farm, a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a scenic 40-minute drive from Adelaide. Located within 6 kilometers of Woodside and minutes away from renowned wineries and restaurants such as Bird in Hand, Barristers Block, Petaluma, and Lobethal Road. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
