TINY studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Welcome to the Blue & Gold Bungalow, a freshly styled 3‑bedroom retreat less than a mile from Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s, and Holy Cross. Stroll  ~15 minutes (0.8 mi) to the stadium for game day, or head 20 minutes on foot to downtown South Bend’s restaurants and riverwalk. Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. You can watch Amish buggies drive by while you rock on the front porch, access shared patio spaces or sit by a creek. We have cows, goats & chickens. We're in the heart of Shipshewana Amish/Mennonite community, minutes from downtown Shipshewana & all it has. An authentic, comfortable country getaway.

Private Entrance Guest Suite on the River

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Minutes from Notre Dame and downtown. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, not sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.
