The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. The large primary bedroom has a en-suite bathroom, a king bed, Mitsubishi mini-split, and a smart TV. This one level home also offers a washer/dryer and window unit ACs, in addition to the mini-split, to keep the house well-cooled in the summer. Located on King Phillips Trail, It's a great place to walk or jog along the oceanfront.
