Nanango Eco Cottage

A country getaway on 5 acres. A neat little cottage with 2 bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom/granny flat detached from main house on 5 acres. Close to town (6km) in the South Burnett region, with easy getaways to cycle trails, state forest, local sights with lots of local food and delicacies. NOTE: We have had request for families with infants. There is unfenced dam on the property, and we have been advised not the take bookings with infants. No work bookings please, as we have had bad experiences.

Located in the centre of 21 acres this secluded 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is only a 5 min drive to the Blackbutt pub and a 2 minute drive to Blackbutt golf course. We have sweeping views off the front and back decks, perfect to capture sunrise and sunsets. Our Heated Magnesium Tank Pool is the perfect place for a drink. There is a huge external fire-pit that caters for large groups to enjoy as well as a large deck and BBQ. We have 3 cows that the kids will enjoy feeding. NBN wifi throughout.

Closest cottage to the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail

This beautifully appointed and restored retro Queenslander cottage is waiting to be loved and enjoyed. With three bedrooms it comfortably sleeps six people. Equipped with a powered, lockable shed for re-charging e-bikes, this leafy, quiet retreat is only 150m from town centre. Enjoy sunset from the front porch, evening by the fire or sit under the stars around the fire pit. The cottage is directly across from the rail trail, skatepark, playground and showgrounds and is family and dog friendly.

La Petite Maison Bleu/countryside/farm

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A French Provincial style cabin awaits you in the heart of the South Burnett Wine Trail, 5 minutes from Nanango. Soak up your days after touring with a luxury bubble bath. 100 year old materials have been sourced to create this beautiful bathroom. Pepperina trees abound in this genuine bush setting. Extra bed for baby/child can be provided with all linen. A camp fire is available right on your doorstep while viewing the magnificent night skies.

Pates Ridge Studio breakfast provided!

Situated just 7 minutes drive from Nanango and 20 minutes drive to Kingaroy, "Pates Ridge" Studio is a private and spacious studio in a country setting with delightful views and a homely feel. Free wifi. Adjacent to a patch of remnant semi-evergreen vine rainforest the bird life especially at sunrise is stunning. A cozy warm fire for the chilly winter evenings. A simple breakfast provided. Eggs, toast and granola Excellent clear skies. Homecooked meals available for purchase in the freezer.

Off-the grid Country Retreat

De-stress, relax and recharge your batteries. Just a 2hr drive from Brisbane. We're off the grid with solar power and rain water tanks. Dog friendly with fully fenced 5 acres for your dog to explore. We have 4 dogs on the property, and they love meeting our guests. There is no separate fence around the cottage. We live in the main house but screening provides privacy. Collect your fresh eggs every morning, and any seasonal herbs, fruit or vegetables. Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

The Farmhouse -Taabinga Station

The Farmhouse on historic Taabinga Station is a spacious, peaceful and fabulously equipped space. Designed to accomodate groups of friends or family it has lots of room for everyone. Enjoy the evening birdsong and watch kangaroos jumping across your view of the picturesque dam as you light the BBQ on the covered verandah , while drinking a glass of Taabinga Station wine. Taabinga Station was first selected in 1844 and still maintains its unique character buildings, gardens and history.

'Bethany' Homestead

Our home ‘Bethany’ is 110 years old and one of the original homes in the area on the most well known property in the area, owned by the Bjelke-Petersen's. It’s been renovated with five bedrooms and comfortable furniture. We are dog friendly but the yard is not fenced. Please inform us if you are bringing doggies. We are 8km from Kingaroy- RSL bus will pick up and pizza delivers! We live next door but you will have your own space. Suitable base for teams who are in the area for work.

With 3 bedrooms and a sleep-out area available for guests, this cottage can accommodate up to 7 and is perfect for families or groups. There’s reverse cycle a/c to the main living area and the two queen-sized bedrooms. The place is also equipped with a smart tv and broadband internet, as well as a selection of dvds, games, puzzles and books. Access is via stairs or a wheelchair-friendly ramp.
