There is a wonderful outdoor space with a kitchen, fireplace, grill, eating area, heated pool, hot tub and a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. The BNB space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, rafters, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE.

Come and enjoy this attached suite super cozy and centrally-located. You will be minutes away from Downtown Charleston and Airport. Suite is located in a house in Colony North community in North Charleston. You will be close to main avenues, malls, airport, tourist places and the city. This is a suite attached to a house, you will have the space for yourself including a bedroom and bathroom. The space is not shared. I live in the main house with my husband and two fur babies. Connected to the owner’s home with a separate outside entrance. Access to a fishing pond and fire pit. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility.

Farm Getaway

Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This beautiful space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!
