Light breakfast hamper is included in your stay. Two of the King rooms can be set to twin share bedding. A sun drenched verandah is lovely to sit and have a drink or read a book in quiet surrounds. Guests can stroll through the garden and enjoy the flowers and birds that visit. All groups are welcome. Catering is available.

There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

VELVET PEAR COTTAGE offers complete privacy and relaxation. A spacious lounge / bedroom with Queen sized bed and large en-suite. A cosy kitchen / dinning area. Minimal cooking facilities only with microwave, toaster, portable oven and fridge. We serve a full English breakfast with locally sourced fresh organic produce, between 8:00 and 9am.
