Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Welcome to The Hidden Haven, nestled in the heart of the Enchanted Mountains of WNY, just outside of EVL, NY. If you're looking to stay close to town, but outside the chaos, this is the place. It's less than 10 min, almost a straight shot, to town and the slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont. This apartment is hidden in the barn of an old dairy farm, adjacent to the main house. You'll be able to enjoy your own quiet hideout as well as the scenic drive through the valley on your way to town.

There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The building is over 100 years old so it's not modern or fancy, just comfortable and affordable if that's what you're looking for.

Easy access to NY State Land Snowmobile trails! Great location for hunters,Snowmobilers, cross country skiers, hikers, kayakers and all outdoor enthusiasts! Near Cassadaga Lake.

Peaceful waterfront paradise

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Reconnect with nature at our guest studio cabin on 5 acres, nestled beside a creek. Just 11 miles from Lake Erie and an hour from Niagara Falls. Only 528 yards to the snowmobile trail, 10 minutes to the Amish Trail, and 12 miles to Boutwell Hill State Forest. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.
