Property is located 3 km West of the city center. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for bus routes) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away. Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

Perfect for one person or a couple. Studio 3 is cute, clean and self-contained with a private outdoor space. It is served by excellent public transport (buses are less than 10 minutes walk away). It takes about 40 minutes to the city centre (outside rush-hours). The Dublin's LUAS rail system is also close by. Tea,(kettle/jug) and coffee maker in the room. Close to Dublin city centre, public transport literally across the road. Several buses take you into the city centre in 10 minutes. LUAS (tram service), is also close by.
