Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Welcome to one of VT’s most beautiful lakefront property and wedding venue located in the Champlain Islands! Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom and a 1.5 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests.

Easy drive into Burlington. We provide 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. The kayaks are at the beach so easy in and out. We also provide a bike rack if our guests need to rent more bikes. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, Olive oil and many spices and condiments.
