Welcome to Five Peaks Cottage. Stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound. The cottage and companion pirate ship tree house are steps from the shore where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and leisurely beach walks. Loft bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, well equipped kitchen, wifi, large deck w/ hot tub, BBQ, bar. Fire pit and lawn at waters edge. On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occassional Orca.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each. The gravel driveway is steep - you MUST have a an all-wheel drive.

Cabin in the Woods (on mile 18.5 of CW Trail)

Modern log cabin on 5 acres ready for your peaceful get-away. There are over 40 miles of off-road biking trails adjacent for your exploration. Enjoy the landscaped yards complete with gas firepit to entice you to count the stars in the night sky while enjoying your beverage of choice. The home has a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and a comfy king bed. 2.5 bathrooms with a grand fireplace to warm up the cool nights. Pets welcome!

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
